Overview

This page will only cover only the basic needed information regarding refunds on out-of-stock, discontinued and back ordered products.

Out of Stock Items

No refunds will be given for items out-of-stock on our website. For the majority of our products, we make use of drop-shipping where our distributors delivers most of our products to the client directly. Items where back-orders are allowed, will not be refunded and will be processed as a regular sale on our online store.

Discontinued Products

We try our best to display only current and available products on our website. From time to time, some products may be discontinued and/or no longer be supplied by our distributors. In such an event where we have displayed a product on our online store which are no longer available at any of our suppliers, we will contact you to propose an alternative product, or refund you in full depending on your response.

Back-ordered products

Products ordered which are not immediately available and listed on our website, will not be refunded unless the distributor ETA exceeds 8-weeks from placement of order. We will inform you via email about the ETA before your order will be fully processed, and you are then required to respond via email confirming or declining the order, where you will be refunded accordingly.

Some products’ stock levels become depleted from time to time at our distributors, but are generally available again within 4-weeks. All orders with an ETA of more than 1-week, will be communicated to you as the client to confirm or reject the order.

Digital Products

No refunds will be given on Electronic Software Delivery (ESD) products, or software products where a license key was provided.
