After payment, when will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed after 48-hours when payment has been cleared from our payment gateway to prevent fraudulent orders and payment retractions from taking place.

When will I receive my ordered products?

You should receive your order no later than 5x business days after the order has been placed. Should there be any delay, you will be promptly notified via email.

What courier company do you make use of?

We primarily make use of MDS Collivery for packages sent from our local distribution point. For most other orders, we make use of drop-shipping, where our distributors deliver directly to you. They usually make use of RTT or EPX.

I have not received my order yet? What should I do?

In the event where you should have received a non-backordered item, you should immediately contact us to get the issue resolved with our distributors and/or logistics departments.

I have ordered a product, but it suddenly became out of stock.

In the rare event of ordering a product, and in the time of payment clearance and processing of your order, a products becomes unavailable at our supplier, we will contact you with a new ETA, or we will present you with an alternative product with similar specifications, or we can offer you a full refund – no questions asked.

What is the minimum amount I should spend to qualify for free delivery?

For customers residing in eMalahleni (Witbank), you should spend R500 or more to qualify for local free delivery.

For customers outside of eMalahleni (Witbank), you should spend more than R1,500 to qualify for free delivery.

Shipment fees on orders to the value of less than the qualified amounts, will be calculated accordingly on what delivery charges to expect. We have a minimum shipment charge of R150, but can increase depending on the product(s) ordered.

What is your “Express Delivery” service?

Our express delivery is service which we charge for to decrease the waiting time for your order to be processed and delivered and is calculated based on the value of the order. For returning customers with a good order history, the 48-hour payment processing time will be excluded and the order will be released even quicker (but again, this rule will only be applicable for customers with a good order record/history at TechStudio).
